Es war alles in allem ein wahnsinnig toller Ausflug. Wir hatten das Glück während der gesamten Tour nur zu zweit zu sein. Bianca erzähltemit Hingabe von der Geschichte der Insel, der Vulkane und wusste zu jedem Stein etwas zu erzählen. Hektor unser Fahrer war ebenfalls ein absoluter Schatz und brachte uns zuverlässig von A nach B. Trotz Hitzewarnung und deshalb etwas abgewandeltem Programm war es ein sehr sehr toller Ausflug! Besonders der Besuch der Botega wird in bleibender Erinnerung bleiben.

You'll kick things off in the village of Yaiza, known for its traditional white buildings, palm-lined streets and quiet atmosphere. A stroll through the Plaza de los Remedios is the ideal introduction to this laidback, rural part of the island. Next, you'll take a look at the coastal scenery during a walk along Playa Montana Bermeja, where black volcanic sand meets the Atlantic Ocean. Then, swing by Bodega Finca Mota Artesanal in Conil, a charming, family-run winery offering more than just a taste. The winery is steeped in a deep love for tradition, agriculture, and the sea. The owners transformed their home into a living museum full of vintage objects and nostalgic touches that take you back in time. As Carlos puts it, “it's not just about sipping wine – it's about an immersive atmosphere where every detail from the décor to the story feels like stepping into a family archive, and where wine is made by hand with minimal intervention.”
Finally, you'll wrap up your tour at Volcan del Cuervo, a volcanic crater in the middle of La Geria – AKA wine country. It's one of Lanzarote's most accessible volcanic sites – you can walk right into the crater – and was born during the massive Timanfaya eruptions that began in 1730. You'll arrive just before sunset, the perfect time to take it all in as the sun sets across the lava fields.
