What to expect

If you've ever wanted to feel like a millionaire sailing a yacht – then this is your opportunity. You'll sail from Paphos harbour on board a luxury yacht for a day of sunbathing, swimming and cocktail sipping as you cruise along the west coast of Cyprus to Coral Bay, Akamas peninsula and its sea caves.

This adult-only VIP cruise has had every detail thought through for your ultimate relaxation. You'll be welcomed on board at Paphos harbour where we'll set off into the open sea following the alluring water and picture-perfect coastline to Coral Bay. Sit back with a cocktail from the open bar, and once we drop anchor, you'll be able to cool off in crystal clear water.

We'll press on towards the Akamas peninsula passing its famous sea caves, St George's Island and Lara Bay to find the perfect spot to enjoy a hot and cold buffet lunch with fresh fruit. Take another refreshing dip in the sea or try some snorkelling and canoeing, after which we'll return to Paphos as you dry off under the sun.

The crew/staff were excellent the boat was very clean. However, we thought for a vip trip the boat was a little over crowded and limited seating.

Everything was perfect such a lovely day out. The sea was a choppy but nothing too crazy. The service food drink, just everything was amazing, and I will be doing it again next year when we come back to Cyprus.

Loved the whole experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Boat was clean and comfortable with different seating in the shade or in the sun. The food was first class and plenty of it with a continuous flow of staff delivering and collecting any type of drink of your choice. Twice we stopped for swimming and enough time to enjoy the water. A great day out and was sad when it ended. Coach collection was really good too and highly recommend and value for money.

But she could do with your helping hand to balance the human impact on the seas. This conservation-based snorkelling experience has been developed exclusively for National Geographic Day Tour guests and invites you and your family to do more than simply admire and swim in the Mediterranean. It's your chance to learn about and care for the sea and everything that calls it home.You'll begin by meeting a local marine biologist, your guide on this conservation quest. He'll tell you about Dr. Emily Duncan, a National Geographic Explorer, whose research on plastics and the local turtles is the inspiration for this tour. You'll learn about threats to these creatures and the wider ocean's ecosystem and what you can do to help turn the tide and protect them.You'll set sail armed with a waterproof board and pen to help identify and record different species among the seagrass meadows and rocky reefs. During this guided 90-minute experience, which includes the boat ride and snorkelling time, you'll be on the lookout for rainbow wrasse, blue-spotted cornet fish and endangered loggerhead and green sea turtles. As fun as filling in your fishy bingo card is, you'll be contributing important research to the Citizen Science Initiative and supporting the conservation of precious marine life. Round off the tour with an eco-pledge, empowering you to care for and protect the oceans for generations to come.
