What to remember

Know in advance:

Infants aged 0-3 are free of charge and do not need a ticket
Both routes depart and end at Plaça Catalunya but you can hop on and hop off at any bus stop. Each route lasts approximately 2 hours, depending on the traffic (4 hours in total)

Upon arriving at Stop 12 at the advertised start time,9 am we were informed that buses would not begin running there until 12:00 PM and were advised to walk to Stop 11 instead. Despite the tour information stating that services start at 10:30 AM, we waited for several hours without success. When a bus finally arrived at 12:00 PM, we were informed that most of the other Red Route would be closed due to road closures, not a very good experience a lot of waiting around and wasting time.
