    Der Bus hielt nicht dort, wo es bei den Buchungsunterlagen vermerkt war. Da mehrere Unternehmen dieses Service anbieten, brauchten wir Zeit und mussten mehrere Guits nach Auskunft erfragen. Bis dahin war der Bus Weg und man wartete in der prallen Sonne auf den nächsten. Der kam dann auch noch 5 Min später. Alles in einem wir hätten die Tikets zum selben Preis direkt vor der Abfahrt holen können und uns die Wartezeit auf den gebuchten Bus sparen können.

    My issue was with the ticket seller and coach driver sending me to different places to board the coach, only after ringing customer services did I get satisfaction, once on the coach, the experienced improved to a better standard
