Overall a very good trip , tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The day itself was great lots of places of interest to anyone who has some knowledge of Cyprus or none, plenty of stops so you can go to toilet, have a drink or some food.

From being picked up at our hotel, Iva, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She described the history of the area and was very knowledgeable about each site we went to and was happy to answer every question. It was a lovely tour culminating in a wine tasting which was a treat in itself

Cette expérience de plongée libre axée sur la conservation a été développée exclusivement pour les clients de ce National Geographic Day Tour et vous invite, vous et les vôtres, à faire plus que simplement admirer et nager dans la Méditerranée. C'est l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur la mer et tout ce qui la compose, et d'apprendre à en prendre soin. Vous commencerez par rencontrer le biologiste marin local, votre guide dans cette quête de conservation. Il vous parlera du Dr Emily Duncan, exploratrice pour le National Geographic, dont les recherches sur les plastiques et les tortues locales ont inspiré cette visite. Vous découvrirez les menaces qui pèsent sur ces créatures et sur l'écosystème océanique en général, ainsi que ce que vous pouvez faire pour aider à inverser la tendance et à les protéger. Vous prendrez la mer en étant équipé d'un tableau et d'un stylo étanches pour vous aider à identifier et à enregistrer les différentes espèces parmi les herbiers marins et les récifs rocheux.
