Das Erlebnis war super, wir hatten Glück das wir auf den Teide gekommen sind. Trotz schlechtem Wetter am Nachmittag ist die Fahrt ein Erlebnis gewesen.

Die App Teide Legend, die wir herunterladen sollten und mit einem personalisierten Code freischalten sollten, wurde während der ganzen Tour nicht mehr benötigt. Warum die Tourleiterin die Codes bei jedem einzeln vorgezeigt hat, damit jeder sich die App freischaltet, bleibt ein Rätsel. Obwohl klar war, dass die Seilbahn nicht fährt, ist man trotzdem an die Station gefahren. Überflüssiger Haltepunkt. Genauso uninteressant waren der erste und letzte Stopp. Keine besondere Aussicht oder Location

Eine tolle Exkursion auf den Teide. Der Ablauf war gut strukturiert. Es war ausreichend Zeit für den Aufenthalt auf dem Gipfel, Photostops, Kaffeepausen. Die Teilnehmer kamen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern, die Reiseleiterin hat ihre Erklärungen dann sehr gut mehrsprachig gemacht.

Trotz strahlendem Sonnenschein fiel die Auffahrt zum Teide dem Wetter zum Opfer. Es mag dahingestellt sein, ob die angeführten Probleme (Eis und starker Wind auf dem Gipfel) existierten. Bis zur Talstation der Seilbahn war es windstill mit Temperaturen bis 18 Grad und Sonne. Aber wenn die Bedingungen wie von der Reiseleiterin (Beatrice) schon seit Tagen den Gipfelzugang blockierten, wäre es ehrlicher gewesen, uns die Möglichkeit zur kostenfreien Stornierung des gesamten Ausfluges einzuräumen.

Liebe TUI, 1,5 h Hotels abfahren bis alle aufgesammelt sind und dann noch Standorte anfahren, bei denen Passagiere ausgetauscht werden, geht gar nicht! 30 min auf einen Gast warten, der nicht zur verabredeten Uhrzeit wieder am Treffpunkt ist, geht such nicht. Es kann nicht die Aufgabe eines Guides sein, die Leute zu suchen und der komplette Bus sitzt da und wartet.
