What to expect

You're in for a full day of exploration, delectable cuisine, and visits to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites on this smaller group day trip to Seville. You'll get a real taste of this Andalusian beauty as you set off on a guided tour by bus and foot, and visit the Royal Alcazar, cathedral and Santa Cruz district. Maria, one of our expert local guides, says 'The highlight of the trip is undoubtedly the visit to Seville's magnificent cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It houses the tomb of Christopher Columbus and features the Giralda, a minaret converted into a bell tower, which offers panoramic views of Seville'.

Your adventure in Seville begins mid-morning with a panoramic bus tour, giving you a great overview of the city's layout and major landmarks. And once you've got an idea of the layout, you'll set off on foot around Plaza de España. This iconic location, known for its vast, colonnaded semi-circle architecture, has even made an appearance in a Star Wars movie. After soaking up the sights here, you'll have some free time to wander and explore Seville's vibrant streets on your own, discovering hidden gems or simply enjoying the atmosphere.

Refuel with a local lunch before you head for more sightseeing. The showstoppers of the tour include the iconic Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar, both UNESCO sites and unparalled in beauty. You'll also take a relaxed walk through Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter. It's a maze of tiny, whitewashed streets, colourful courtyards, and lively bars – perfect for feeling the city's true vibe.
