- Admission to Xel-Há is not included
- Children under 5 are welcome for free, however an extra charge applies to dolphin swims, to be made in the park on the day
- Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals
- Transport isn't included and costs $10 USD per person
