What to expect

After this 35 kilometres (22 miles) e-bike tour from Marseille to Calanques, the seaside will have no more secret for you.

For lunch, you'll be given the possibility to choose between the two following options: buy a sandwich or some snacks to eat on the beach or sit down at a nice restaurant (from 35€ per person) in the little port of Les Goudes. During the ride, you will visit the following places: the Pharo, the Vallon des Auffes, the Corniche Kennedy, the beaches of Prado, Madrague de Montredon and the fishing village of Les Goudes, Maronaise beach, the Callelongue Cove, the Pastré or Borely Park, and the basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde.

Enjoy the wild beauty that lies on the outskirts of the city and which seems at the end of the world on this guided e-bike tour.

Know in advance:

You must know how to ride a bicycle on a road with car traffic
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate
Riders (youth or adult) must be taller than 4,9ft (145cm) and weigh less than 240lbs (120kg)
The infant ticket (age 0-3) includes a seat at the front of the bike
For children (age 4-10), you can choose between three options: 1) child seat (adapted to the back of the bike), 2) child trailer (single-wheel trailer with pedals, called "Weehoo"), or 3) child bike (24" electric mountain bike for children with body height 125cm-140cm, knowing how to ride a bike)
For adults you can choose between two options: 1) adult (includes an e-bike, minimum body height 145 cm, aged 25 years and older), 2) adult with a high e-bike (includes a higher e-bike, minimum body height 185cm, any age)

Please bring a swimsuit. Closed and flat shoes are recommended

Fun and efficient way to see the best sights of Marseille. For 90% of the tour you are riding with city traffic, so I definitely would not recommend for children or anyone that would be nervous riding on roads with cars. But this was definitely one of the best tours I have ever taken.
