The experience was great. We arrived a short while before our experience and the pick up was 1.5 hours later so no waiting around. We were offered a delayed pick up if we wanting to have a walk around which we now wish we had taken up and the marina itself had a load of cafes and areas to explore.

Well the manatees were cute and gentle but you were not swimming with them just standing in waist deep platform, they came to you , you did interact and feed them which was good experience, you were not aloud your camera , there was a locker to put things in , we took the photo package which was to expensive most were duplicate s , well you had to get the pics or you never had any . There was a buffet lunch which was good , the time for all took about 1 and half not long, for the price

Mike our Manatee expert was great, our experience was fun and educational. There was a cheeky young manatee who kept interrupting our session (she was in fact the highlight and had us laughing). I would recommend this to anybody with animal mad children as the Manatees really were the sweetest most gentle creatures ever.

The experience with the manatee was fabulous but unsure why such big creatures were in such a small pool. Very disappointed with the lunch. It was sold as luxury lunch and when my husband booked it he was asked online if we wanted lobster or surf and turf. What was actually on offer were salads, ham and pea tacos, some cold pasta salad and fish ceviche. Burgers and hot dogs came out later but we had to leave for our transfer. The drink available was weak squash. Not what was sold to us.

The manatees were great fun but wasn't long enough compared to the dolphins we didn't get 30 mins which is what we paid for.
